  • Recruitment Guidance Data: If you use our college recruitment services, we may collect information needed for recruitment profiles, including academic transcripts, highlight videos, references, and preferences for HBCU, Division II, or JUCO programs.

  • Training & Mentorship Data: We collect data related to your personalized training, including workout logs, performance metrics, injury history, and feedback from your trainers or mentors.

  • Payment Information: If you purchase Ebooks, videos, or training services through the App, we use a third-party payment processor, and we do not store your full payment card details.

B. Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Information: We collect information about your activity on the App, such as the features you use, the time and duration of your activity, and interactions with content (like Ebooks or video views).

  • Device Information: We collect information from the device you use to access the App, including the device model, operating system, unique device identifiers, IP address, mobile network information, and crash data.

  • Location Information: With your permission, we may collect precise location data through your device's GPS, or we may infer your approximate location from your IP address.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, and to communicate with you.

  • To Provide Services: We use your data to deliver the core services, including:

    • Personalizing your training programs and tracking your progress.

    • Facilitating the connection between you and your assigned mentors or trainers.

    • Providing tailored college recruitment advice and resources.

    • Processing transactions for Ebooks, training, or other purchases.

  • To Maintain and Improve the App: We use usage data to understand how the App is being utilized, troubleshoot issues, and develop new features and services.

  • For Recruitment Purposes (With Consent): If you opt into our College Recruitment Guidance program, we may, with your explicit permission, share your athletic and academic profile with college coaches, recruiters, and representatives from HBCU and Division II programs.

  • Business Transfers: If JBaller Enterprises is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

  • For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable laws, legal processes, or governmental requests; enforce our Terms of Service; protect our rights or property; or protect the safety of JBaller Enterprises, our users, or the public.

You have control over your information:

  • Access and Update: You can access and update most of your account and profile information directly within the App settings.

  • Opting Out of Communications: You can unsubscribe from our marketing or promotional emails by following the instructions in those emails. You may not opt out of service-related communications.

  • Location Information: You can prevent your device from sharing location data by changing your device's settings, but doing so may limit some App functionality.
